Minimum Requirements
Type Rated • B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months • At least 5,000 hours total flying • At least 1500 hours in command of multi crew, multi engine aircraft in excess of 10 tones operating weight • At least 1000 hours in command of B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft
Non Type Rated • At least 5000 hours total flying time and minimum 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi crew, multi engine jet aircraft over 55 tones operating weight (A318 or larger) OR • At least 6000 hours total flying time and minimum 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi crew, multi engine jet aircraft over 50 tones operating weight (EMB 190/195 or similar)
Training Bond 3 Years • Type Rated USD 24,000 • Non Type Rated USD 36,000

If you meet the minimum requirements you can submit an online application by creating your candidate profile on our career site, filling up all the required information in your profile creation, uploading your resume and other relevant documents and answering a series of questions as part of role requirement.
Online Assessment Test
We will send you a link to complete a series of online psychometric tests in relation to work behaviour, logical thinking, multitasking and verbal reasoning. There are opportunities to complete practice questions before attempting the online assessment.
Video Interview
You will then receive an invite to complete an on-demand video interview wherein you record your responses to a list of set questions. This helps us to get to know you better.
Application Review
At this stage we will review your assessment tests results and your overall application to ensure it meets minimum role requirements. If you successfully meet our criteria you will be invited to an online competency-based interview.
Assessment day 1 - Technical
DAY 1: Post interview you will have the opportunity to showcase your flying skills and you will be assessed in the Simulator, Candidates will receive a full briefing on the day. This will be followed by a pre-employment medical check.
Assessment day 2 - Non Technical
DAY 2: Successful candidates from Day1 will be invited to complete the Psychometric Assessment on the day and it may be followed by a second competency-based interview. It will also include checking all the relevant flying documents to ensure you comply with the minimum requirements.
