MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE<o:p></o:p>
 To provide essential administrative support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, assisting in managing employee data, and ensuring smooth HR operations and ensuring a high level of confidentiality at all times.<o:p></o:p>
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>
<ul>
<li class="MsoNormal">Assists the team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing documents.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Supports with disciplinary process, by scheduling investigations and hearings, note taking as required, drafting letters and recording of disciplinary sanctions on Oracle.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Coordinates the employee exit process, by creating call to exit notifications and records leaver data on tracker.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Supports the team with various projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing materials for presentations and meetings.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Assists with monitoring of the askHR mailbox, ensuring responses to enquiries within agreed Service Level Agreement.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Assists in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees, helping to ensure employee understanding and compliance.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Shares email communication updates on internal promotions/transfers.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Ensures timely electronic filing of all employee-related documents generated by HR Business Support.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Ensures compliance with HR regulations and company policies, keeping up-to-date with employment laws and HR best practices.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;Prepares and drafts presentations for the HRBP team, ensuring content is clear, informative and up to flydubai standards.<o:p></o:p></li>
<li style="font-family: Arial;">Records and prepares accurate meeting minutes for HRBP sessions, capturing key discussions, action points, and decisions to support follow-up and accountability.</li>
