Senior Supervisor - Interiors Shop - 24000623
United Arab EmiratesClosing Date: Dec 4th 2024- Ensures that all planned tasks related to Interiors Shops are executed as per targeted planned dates.
- Ensures that all certification tasks relevant to Interiors Shops are carried out within the limitations of the company issued Approval.
- Collaborates with Interiors Shops to troubleshoot and resolve tasks related to aircraft interiors repairs and or fabrication.
- Oversees the compliance of tool control procedure relevant to Interiors Shops.
- Reviews shortfalls and associated requirements towards manpower, tooling, Equipment, Technical data, safety, etc., to ensure seamless and efficient operation of Interiors Shops.
- Assists while reviewing roster which includes compilation of staff availability reports for Interiors Shops staff.
- Assists while carrying out competence assessment for all Interiors Shops staff.
- Develops company Procedures and Forms relevant to Interiors Shops.
- Acts as a focal representing Interiors Shops at the time of QC conducted and provide full support during relevant audits.
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To monitor the overall performance of Interiors Shop whilst complying with flydubai and regulatory requirements, within the operational limitations prescribed and work towards the continuous improvement in terms of Quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum Education Level
· Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Education Specific Requirement (if applicable)
· Aeronautical engineering degree or recognized apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance engineering.
Certifications (if applicable)
· GCAA Module 9 & 10 (Required).
· EASA Module 9 & 10 (Preferred).
· Company C6 Authorization holder (Preferred).
Languages
· Fluent in English

Professional Experience
· Minimum of 5 years' experience related to interiors shop, aircraft interior repair/maintenance, Seat repair/maintenance or carpet fabrication/installation.
Systems Knowledge (if applicable)

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
