Multi-Pilot License (MPL) Programme
As a Cadet, you will embark on a comprehensive training programme that provides the foundational knowledge and skills to become a fully qualified pilot. From all-encompassing ground school to advanced simulation and flight training, our Multi-Pilot License (MPL) programme ensures you are prepared to take to the skies with confidence and professionalism.

Key Qualifications and Attributes

Age: 17 to 30 years old
Educational Background: Completion of high school with a minimum score of 70% or a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Medical Requirements: Ability to obtain a General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) Class 1 Medical Certificate

UAE Nationals:
• Must hold a UAE passport and Emirates ID.
• Male candidates must have completed Military National Service before joining the programme.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
• As a Cadet in the Multi-Pilot License (MPL) programme, you will be expected to:
• Complete all stages of the MPL training programme, including ground school, simulator sessions and flight training with our overseas training partner and at the flydubai Flight Training centre.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, discipline and professionalism throughout your training journey.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, self-development and operational excellence.
