Minimum Requirements
• Age: Minimum 20 years / Max 34 years
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Pass ELP level 4 or above
• Valid 1st Class Medical certificate from ICAO
• Pass GCAA Air-law Exam
• CPL/IR with MCC for Frozen ATPL
• Total flying = 225 hours flying time (ages 20-34)
• Minimum 1000 hours of total flying time (ages 35-50)

Application Process
Online Application
If you meet the minimum requirements you can submit an online application by creating your candidate profile on our career site, filling up all the required information in your profile creation, uploading your resume and other relevant documents and answering a series of questions as part of role requirement.
Online Assessment Test
We will send you a link to complete a series of online psychometric tests in relation to work behaviour, logical thinking, multitasking and verbal reasoning. There are opportunities to complete practice questions before attempting the online assessment.
Video Interview
You will then receive a link to complete an on-demand video interview wherein you record your responses to a list of set questions. This helps us to get to know you a bit better.
Application Review
At this stage we will review your assessment tests results and your overall application to ensure it meets the minimum role requirements.
Assessment day 1 - Non Technical
DAY 1: The day will begin with meeting our psychology team to complete a series of Psychometric Assessment, followed by a competency-based interview. It will also include checking all the relevant flying documents to ensure you comply with the minimum requirements.
Assessment day 2 - Technical
DAY 2: Successful candidates from Day 1 will have the opportunity to showcase your flying skills and will be assessed in the Simulator, candidates will receive a full briefing on the day.
